What is actual relevance of his testimony? Yes I found bullet casings 2 .40 caliber, 1 9mm and 3 .223.

Sounds like Kyle was out numbered and out gunned.

prosecutor wants the location of the casings entered into evidence so they can make it sound like it wasn't next to kyle hence he had nothing to fear from all those other gunshots going off.

it allows the prosecution to enter the shell casings and any other physical evidence he collected into evidence in the court... pretty much it

SOP for any trial I would imagine

I’m assuming the 40 calibers were not Rittenhouse?

Unless he had his AR rigged up to not shoot 225, they're not Kyle's.

I'm really tired of fatass directing each witness to adjust the mic.

Is it admissible and even mildly relevant? Yes.

Is it remotely persuasive of anything? Not if the jury has at least two IQ points to rub together. If I am being chased by a mob and hear gunshots nearby, I consider myself in danger even without triangulating the exact location of the shooter.

well their technical testimony is paramount…so he wants to make sure the jury hears every syllable.

So Kyle was trying to surrender to the police but they told him to get out of the road.
