Defense needs to bring in a full size mannequin and have someone the same size as the antifa trash do a running kick to the head of it, then set it back up and let them hit in the head with a skateboard. It's a miracle KR wasn't knocked out cold and killed in the street. BTW first post about the trail and frick these ADAs, hope they are disbarred over their actions.

Made an error going to look at Democratic Underground. According to them, Kyle is a murderer, and the Judge is a 3rd attorney for the defense. Those frickers are simply insane. And that is who we are supposed to want to find common ground with? Sheesh....

I like this rekieta law stream because one of the lawyers who did some work on Rittenhouse's behalf has been jumping in occasionally. It has been interesting. Particularly the point about the defense lawyers wanting Kyle to take the stand and the one guy, I missed the first name but I think the last name was Hancock, controlling the family and defense.

I don't think Kyle did anything to hurt himself under cross today. He held up well, didn't get tripped up or contradict himself. Thought he did well. Thought there were moments where he could have come back firmer to some of Bingers bullshite but we gotta keep in mind he's a 18 year old in a murder trial. He did well.

He was vomiting while waiting in the lobby at the Antioch PD. Probably had a concussion but that has never been brought up.

Kyle did well. To me, he came across as sincere and like able tragic figure. A couple of small gotchas, that are to be expected. The ADA made himself sound like he was from another planet and was completely grasping at straws the entire time. Plus, he put the jury to sleep. Meanwhile, Grosskreutz came across as a disingenuous liar on cross.
If anything, Kyle did a good job putting the jurors in his shoes. Win, lose, or draw, he is a stand up man.
