I think the judge is just getting everything on record so there is no question that he was aware of his rights. It’s all on record specifically.

The defense are professional lawyers.

The prosecutors appear to have passed the bar, though they probably stopped to dull the pain the past few nights.

I can't believe they are giving the prosecution this opening after the prosecution have fricked up all of their witnesses.

The DAs now have carte blanche ability to question Kyle on EVERYTHING about this case.

i dont think the prosecution put together a list of questions because they didn't believe kyle would testify.

they're so incompetent they're out in the hall scratching a list of questions together quickly.
