Kyle did point his gun at Rosenbaum for that reason, absolutely. It didn't work. He kept chasing Rittenhouse. He even turned around and ran again and only shot as he kept being chased.

The case he's trying to make is really unbelievable.

Pretty sure WI law is set up so that the state has to prove there was NOT self defense, not Kyle having to prove self defense.

The prosecution would argue that, yes, conservatives are supposed to let liberals kill them. That’s what this trial is all about, taking away the right to defend oneself. A fricking kid took down three of their finest. They are trying to convince others not to defend themselves.
