Yeah they got him fair and square. Red-handed. Dead to rights. The question should be did he NOT do wrong. There’s not any reason I can think of to not fully trust the integrity of the Prosecuting Office of the Honorable Alvin Bragg. It was a textbook case of standing up to an evil man and saying….”You, sir, are not above the law! This office will continue to protect the hardworking people of Manhattan!!”
Haha not

Robert Khuzami, Attorney for the United States, Acting Under Authority Conferred by 28 U.S.C. § 515, William F. Sweeney Jr., the Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), and James D. Robnett, the Special Agent-in-Charge of the New York Field Office of the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation (“IRS-CI”), announced today the guilty plea of MICHAEL COHEN to charges of tax evasion, making false statements to a federally-insured bank, and campaign finance violations. The plea was entered followed the filing of an eight-count criminal information, which alleged that COHEN concealed more than $4 million in personal income from the IRS, made false statements to a federally-insured financial institution in connection with a $500,000 home equity loan, and, in 2016, caused $280,000 in payments to be made to silence two women who otherwise planned to speak publicly about their alleged affairs with a presidential candidate, thereby intending to influence the 2016 presidential election. COHEN pled guilty today before U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley III.

So you need my approval of Trump and his frick ups and clown show productions to give your life meaning....really? What a sad pathetic life you live. You need constant affirmation to feed your narcissism to compensate for your insecurities? Really? Trump gets a failing grade, but you, dear sir, receive an I.....for incomplete ; for your less than reassuring response.

What could Trump have done differently to not be a felon?
Sleeping with Stormy wasn’t illegal.
Paying her to not talk wasn’t illegal.
What should he have done?
Reported the expenditures as a reimbursement paid to Stormy Daniels rather than as a legal fee. Then he wouldn't have been falsifying business records. It would have increased his tax liability though and would have made it publicly known that he was giving Stormy Daniels 130,000 dollars for some undisclosed reason.

he’s guilty of campaign finance violations.

mislabeled it as “legal fees”

our federal government is so corrupt and full of greed.

No it wasnt illegal. But having an affair (aka cheating on your wife with a porn star) should be enough to disqualify anyone from running for president, especially for the party of "Family Values" and "Marriage is Sacred". For 2024 Republicans, Infidelity and adultery are family values i guess.
If you take this exact same fact pattern and switch Trump for Obama (or any Democrat for that matter), you would be singing an entirely different tune.
It would probably go something like this "How can we trust a man in the highest office when he is out cheating on his wife with a porn star?" I can only imagine the outrage & vitriol.
