Womack is an Arkansas REP. I'm not a big fan of his but he's never before missed a vote, he's probably legit on this one.

They need to be talking about how the American populace sees the release of the files as an 80/20 issue and how they need to answer accordingly and pass the release.
Anything but that, is a distraction.
I'm pissed that President Auto-potato and his administration sat on those files for four years too, but I know why. Same reasons that Republicans want to stall it now- because their colleagues on both "sides" are in the files. It's just redundancy to spend this time arguing about that.
Just release them. Pour gas, light match, burn. We can and will rebuild. And the thing that will certainly change the most when it's all public, is the the average American's general perception of the Israeli Government.
