1) No, he doesn't. He can veto and he can be overridden, even for regular legislation. This is some kind of resolution that doesn't pass his desk, though, apparently. I'm still trying to read through it and figure out what's been voted on.
2) Is this DOA in the Senate where Mein Fuhrer has more sway and just all political theater anyway?

All this butt hurt is because they’re afraid of Trump losing the election. JBE is a Democrat so he obviously must have handled the pandemic wrong. JBE has actually handled all things well compared to a lot of governors.
