LSU is goin all in on identity initiatives.
I can’t be okay with my money supporting that and I say that as a graduate and season ticket holder in 3 sports.
Time to move on.

Of course they wont. I never said that. My kids will likely be living in Harrison Bergeron or some other dystopian Black Mirror-like world.

Look, folks, I hate to say it, but LSU is in free fall academically. The real problem is the LSU administration, most recently with King Alexander, who did not have a clue about what was needed to direct a major research university with a major football program. The movement toward LSU’s diversity fetish really started with Alexander, and the university administration became more interested in diversity and pandering to diversity interests than in building and maintaining academic excellence. The recent moves by the interim president to adopt the BLM-diversity-“LSU is racist” narrative reflects a cowardly response to the prevailing political hysteria, and this will mean that diversity will be the main driver of LSU for the foreseeable future.
Diversity interests are loud and vocal, and LSU’s diversity obsession will not change unless public pressure is brought to bear on the university. Donors need to stop donating. Alums, parents of students, and others interested in a strong LSU need to let their state legislators know that this is unacceptable. Parents need to hit LSU administrators with tough questions and let them know that their young adult children will be looking at other alternatives if they don’t get the right answers. Without outside pressure the LSU administration is going to continue to act against the best interests of university and its students.

Absolutely. These things don't contradict each other. In fact, I would say weak moderate moderate conservatives and weak middle class white people in in the midwest is what gets Trump elected.
They may be silenced but their votes are private and still count. Many swing voters vote for Trump as a way to say FU to it all. Trump is not the problem. He's the symptom.

discontinuing donations, skipping football games, sending kids to other colleges will have no influence on LSU leadership. they are state funded and any participation downers will occur on somebody else shift
disrupting campus activities with sit-ins , access blocking , and cheer leading for all lives matter will have an impact.
question now for Gallagher is will he have a similar week of focus group activity for whites, spanish, vietnamize , South American, arab etc. Gallagher is an unrepentant racist if he does not treat all lives the same
