And you are certain that Khalil organized protests that led to this? Because all the students who participated in those activities were expelled and Khalil was not expelled.
There’s video all over the internet of him leading protests and spewing pro Hamas propaganda. His presence in the US does not align with the foreign policy interests of the United States. They are counterproductive and as a non-citizen he can immediately be deported.
Nice dodge by not acknowledging the Russia/Ukraine analogy, by the way.

Can you link that?
Apparently not to the second part.

I’m sure Trump’s INS has already payed the Mr.’s, her family, her friends, and her co-workers multiple visits at this juncture.
Believe it or not, prior to Biden, they were in your arse with a fine-toothed comb if you married an alien national within this country’s borders.
I know this because I had to go through the interview process myself, as my best friend married a Brazilian to keep her in the country as a personal favor to an entity that he was independently contracted out to. The Brazilian lady was the personal “tutor” to this entity, whom of course at the time was facing an audit by the IRS as well.
Chicken needs to add the wink & nod emoji.

Not saying you're wrong. I just can't find anything like that.
Do you have any links?

They can't deport him right now. He has a habeas corpus case pending in New Jersey and the immigration judge has given him until April 23rd to file an application to stop the deportation.
How does the court in New Jersey have jurisdiction?
He can have his case reviewed in immigration court for legal errors but there is no other right for a green card holder
You got your arse handed to you last night - have not learned anything I see
Can you link to the habeas proceeding?

Looks like you don’t want to find the answers that hurt your argument. This took 5 seconds to find on twitter. Khalil is pictured maskless motioning to the protestors to walk to the left up the stairs in the video. He’s herding them like cattle. He then gives the middle finger to the person recording.
Good riddance.
Good riddance.

Oh no. Protesting! So scary.
Posted on 4/11/25 at 8:49 pm to Stidham8
Stidham thanks for posting that. Khalil doesn't appear to be doing anything violent. The (mostly women) protesters are chanting "Free Palestine." For years, the two state solution---with a free Palestine---was US policy.
I agree he's deportable because the Secretary of State determined him to be. I still haven't seen him do anything that's not simple free speech-protected activity.

It’s fascinating how the left trivializes a radical islam student visa holder.
Leading protests supporting a terrorist group, shutting down classrooms, intimidating Jews, and spewing Hamas propaganda is fine and dandy.

LINK
"A judge recently decided that the legal battle over his deportation will play out in a New Jersey courtroom because that's the state where he was held when his lawyers filed a habeas corpus petition demanding his release".
The above is a link to just one of many articles on the subject and if that's not good enough, here's the AI answer...
"Yes, Mahmoud Khalil does have a habeas corpus case. His lawyers filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in New Jersey federal court [1, 2, 5]. The petition challenges his arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and seeks his release, arguing the arrest violated his First Amendment rights. The New Jersey court has agreed to hear the case, and the government is appealing to have it moved to Louisiana, where Khalil was eventually transferred"

Where was the "Pro-Hamas" propaganda in that? And why should I care if he gave the camera the finger?

I'm not trivializing anything and I'm certainly not a Leftist. I just expected to see actual violence or Hamas propaganda or intimidation from Khalil.
My guess is that any of that evidence existed Khalil would have been expelled from Columbia, or charged with a crime, or had the Government present that evidence to support his deportation.
I don't care about Khalil. I care about the truth. I'm still open to the possibility that Khalil is all those things of which you accuse him. I have yet to see any evidence of it, despite looking for it.

Mamoud khalil is not/was not a visa holder. He had a green card.
There's zero evidence he did any of that.
