I know who. You know who. But a huge percentage of Americans believe that capitalism and straight white conservative men are the ones causing all their problems. With the entire propaganda media complex in lock step with the Marxists, there is literally no way to counter this message effectively.

Many invoke the term "for effect." It's sometimes used as a weak attempt at intimidation, or just to turn casual observers and listeners off, or get attention they don't deserve.
As when the original leaders of BLM referred to themselves as "trained Marxists."
Now one of the female originals is involved in the striptease world trying to make it.
Be assured that she and the others making the original claims know as much about Marx as they do about Groucho.
C. Wright Mills, a proud marxist purist/theorist who wrote the most definitive book on marxism - The Marxists - would've described himself as such as "the good kind."
But he referred to himself as a "plain marxist."
What amounts to a marxist purist minus the blood and iron.
So strictly a theoretical, philosophical one not preoccupied with spreading it worldwide by force.
He taught at Columbia during the days of the early infestation of the insidious neo-Marxists whom he fraternized with, yet only mentioned 3 of them in his book.
But surely gives us a list of other marxists of the time who were contemporaries of Horkheimer, Fromm, Marcuse, and crew, but lesser known or discussed in academia or anywhere else - except for maybe Columbia.
They've been here entrenched and active for a very long time, continuing to undermine the nation, and continuing to produce acolytes daily. Only not calling themselves marxists - they've preferred "progressives."

Russia WAS the USSR. It didn't fold because they suddenly became the good guys, rejected Socialism, and embraced free-market capitalism and liberal democracy. It went tits-up because Russia was so broke that they couldn't keep the union together. They simply went from being a-hole communists to broke AF a-hole communists. It's still a dirty, corrupt, violent shithole.
