On this issue, kinda. But many who voted for it are looking at the larger picture.
But, hey, we can trust democrats to do the right thing, amiright?

Taxation has never been seen as a governmetn power exclusive to states or the feds. It's always been an example of our duel sovereign federal system with concurrent/overlapping powers, like the police power.
So not every federal action on states is erosion of states rights.

I already told you it's illegal
Are ya hard of hearing boy? I asked you, SLOWFLOWPRO, IN YOUR OPINION, do you believe a state should allow illegals to vote in federal elections? I'm going to keep asking this until YOU answer it. You don't get to avoid giving an opinion because you are afraid of having to defend your personal opinion.

There is not a system that can prevent fraud, of any sort, at 100%. Fraudsters always have the advantage b/c they're willing to be dishonest.
Yes, but even you can fathom the fact that if there was a federal law, requiring voter ID, that a leftist county or state is now subject to oversight by the feds, thus a forced reduction of voter fraud via threat of federal charges if those states/counties/polls do not adhere by those election guidelines.
BTW, you won't answer any of these truthfully because everyone knows what you want. Your TDS (yes you have TDS) doesn't allow rationality to seep in. You are against a federal voter id laws because doing so would mean democrats will lose and Trump will win. And you support Democrats right now, because they also hate trump. The enemy of your enemy is your friend. That's really all it boils down to.

I already addressed that

No. This is a particular area where states exert dominion.
You brought up taxation, which is not an area where states exert dominion as it's a function of both of our dual sovereigns, as the post you just quoted explained fully.

Again, you're just giving excuses as to why being a hypocrite RINO is OK.
Also, you missed the point about how your question was bad.
quote:
BTW, you won't answer any of these truthfully
I have. All of them. You just don't like the answers b/c you either ignored what I said (see the dominion comments above) or didn't like me pointing out your question was bad/dishonest (Hopefully the urging above makes you think about it).

Now you're just saying retarded things

Our founders didn’t defend traitorous people abusing the constitution to advance their leftist causes. They wouldnt be defending this nonsense like you do. The would make amendments to fix the inherent flaws.

No states legally allow illegals to vote in any such elections.

I keep answering it. You just don't like the responses and keep asking it again. .
It's a bad question. I keep showing you why.
Like they say, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

That sounds like a much better plan than the SAVE Act

Literally the reasoning of RINOs who abandon principle for convenience or popularity.

There's really no defending this

Put it on a single issue bill and we will see how he votes.

The modern push for gerrymandering came by the right, not the left.
It was a brilliant strategy around the 2010 census. I forget the guy but he was a nobody who realized it was a lot cheaper to win state-level seats and by doing that in a Census year, you could "win" elections by shifting votes via changing districts via state edict. One of the best bangs for the buck ever in political history.
It's just that the left caught up and used certain cases won by right-adjacent plaintiffs to do it themselves. You can only do a plan like that once

The liberals and LIBRINOS, and the RINOS have too much power to get this accomplished today. People like you enable the destruction of our nation.
