Sports has become an extension of urban, hip-hop culture where blackness allows people to say and do things that white people would be crucified for doing.
Think about the outrage people had when Ryan Lochte lied about being assaulted and robbed in Brazil. As for this incident, you won't see any outrage in the media for except from Clay Travis.

What pisses me off the most about Bennett and these SJW lunatics is there are a lot of people like me who think that the militarization of police is a big issue that needs to be addressed. Bennett's conduct makes addressing the issue less likely, because the next time somebody accuses cops of excessive force or abuse they'll point to this incident as an example of people lying about being assaulted by cops. It's the boy who cried wolf all over again.

I tend to give people coming forward a lot of benefit of the doubt.... but it normally makes me nervous when a big time activist for a cause has a really textbook story of what they are fighting against happen to them
