Years ago I had to walk 30 yards from my car to my office in 5 degree weather. I was dressed warmly I thought.

I walked the first ten yards, jogged the next ten, and sprinted the last ten.

This should keep people indoors.

Ive said for weeks now...lightly spray rioters/protesters with a light mist of water. They'll get soaked slowly and disperse....or freeze.

Trust me, they arent that motivated
