Speech isn’t what needs protection. The governor asked citizens to film every time they see ICE, it’s all on camera. These people are provoking federal agents in the middle of them doing their jobs, that is not protesting. It’s just not and the insinuation that it is undermines the entire concept of law enforcement.
If someone was harassing you, screaming and blowing horns in your face, hurling insults and snowballs at you, how likely are you to all of the sudden see it their way? To change your mind about your job? This is intimidation, not protest.

This is not a matter of states rights, it’s actually the opposite, the federal government is trying to enforce one of their narrow powers provided to them in the constitution and the state govt is impeding, in a very reckless way. EVERYONE has the right to state their opinions and debate anyone who wants to entertain your post of view. But NOBODY has to do one single thing to actually LISTEN to you.
You have to make SENSE rather than mere NOISE to really gain anything from the First Amendment. Otherwise you are merely a noisy nuisance.

Four police officers killed themselves following that event. Those are the people you are talking about. Most of the carnage from that happened after the event, at the hands of the officers’ own doing.
One person was killed by cops. Four cops committed suicide after. Have you ever tried to reconcile that?

If that's what they think, then they should be the Minnesota State Guard and not National Guard. Give back all money, equipment and property, or compensate the nation.
