He cares about seafood so much the Seafood Board has become nothing more than a catering service (their mandate is to promote La seafood outside the state, they haven't been outside the state to any conventions/conferences since around the time Billy took office).
He cares about Tourism just because it's something he can try to ride to a higher office. The dude routinely rapes the office of Tourism for 50%-75% of the promotional items Tourism is supposed to be handing out at conventions, trade shows, etc. Instead, he hands those out himself at events within the state.
Speaking of Tourism, he made them buy a Mardi Gras float. From the way I've heard it, Tourism owns the float but they lease the trailer it's on and have to pay the trailer owner to use it (or something close to that). Also, apparently Billy loans out the float and Tourism has to pay for someone to drive it.
It's a shame Kip didn't win.

in your wildest anti-talk radio wet dream you can't put Rush in the same category as Alex Jones.
Like him or not, Rush is unique from all the others and eons ahead of them.
