Right now, according to our realtor that's not the case. The SV techies are all working from home.

There is still demand. If we wait long, things may change.

If it doesn't sell, we can come back. We aren't buying anything for awhile.

I'm from Texas! But we are looking at NW Arkansas. We like the outdoors, and that area has more activities we like.

It's also easy driving distance to my family and friends in Dallas.

My hubby is a California native. He's still having a hard time leaving. He loves hiking in the Sierra's.
