Mueller report was maybes and possbilys.
Starr report included a section titled "Grounds for Impeachment". It included statements like: "There is substantial and credible information that President Clinton endeavored to obstruct justice during the federal grand jury investigation.".
Find me language that definitive in the Mueller report, nerd. Hint-- you won't find it.

I get the feeling that Mueller is just going to have a scheduled press conference about every 3 to 6 months until Trump is out of office just to keep this clown show alive. Even if he's giving them from an assisted living home four years from now.

What federal crime was Clinton charged with? He was impeached, but I don’t believe we has criminally charged with a federal crime which is what Mueller said the policy prevents.
