I keep reading that "the judge wouldn't sign off on a Lemon arrest warrant" but haven't seen that actually confirmed.
But I'm perfectly fine with dragging it out a little and letting little Lemonade squirm and worry, wondering if he's next. He'll try using "Freedom of the Press" as his shield, but it that does NOT grant him immunity to prosecution for civil rights violations under aggravated charges via FACE Act. SFP: please feel free to say "aCkShUaLLy", but I'm 100% right.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Douglas Micko has a conflict of interest because his wife Caitlin Micko, works as an assistant attorney general in the office of Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.
Ellison has already cherry picked a small portion of the law that they are using to charge Lemon "And the FACE Act, by the way, is designed to protect the rights of people seeking reproductive rights... so that people for a religious reason cannot just use religion to break into women's reproductive health centers," Ellison told Lemon.
"How they are stretching either of these laws to apply to people who protested in a church over the behavior of a religious leader is beyond me," Ellison added.
This Judge has no business making rulings in this case.
