I’m not surprised that meme was sourced by “bgonthescene. “ That stamp has been omnipresent on videos these last few months and the account has provided more unfiltered news about the true nature of these riots than the majority of MSM outlets.
It appears the user is based in Portland. Yet that twitter account is harvesting/uploading a helluva lot of footage from across the country during these summer riots.
