Must be why she is correct for once. Congress long ago ceded much of their power and oversight regarding things like this.

There’s a no takes backs rule on these things when someone you dislike gets into power unfortunately for Dems

Meanwhile her successor was on CNN today saying it was an illegal action and ignored it when they played Fetterman saying he was within his rights to do this.
