They have also written that man must eliminate industry and go live in the woods like prehistoric man in order to really find meaning in life.
while I don't think finding meaning in life is impossible with industry and convenience, I do think it's muuuch more difficult.
the rest of their ideas are dumb.

quote:Indeed. Hansen has been arrested a bunch of time. He’s not a scientist. He’s an activist.
The chapter on NASA in Morano's book explains how that Hanson (their lead warming scientist) and Schmidt (who replaced him) have long histories of left wing activism which has resulted in multiple arrests for breaking the law while demonstrating.

Is there a link for this stuff? I'd like to read up on some this material.
I don't have a link but the stated purpose of Artemis is to land the first woman and person of color on the surface of the moon.
Few comments:
a) Someone should ask Bill Nelson in light of Ketanji Brown Jackson's refusal to define woman what NASA's definition of "woman" is? And would a tranny qualify? If not, isn't that less than inclusive?
b) By "person of color," who does that include and exclude? Who qualifies as a person of color? We're committing a lot of resources to this so it's important we get it right.
c) What scientific gains are accomplished by this focus?
d) If the primary astronauts become sick with COVID what gender and race are their backups?

All of our agencies have been "overrun" at this point...especially at the very top of each.
