And the Illegals make 10,000 a year less than the blacks.
Blacks got a pay raise years ago.

That's why I don't watch pro sports.

One of which was the average black makes 10,000 dollars less than a white for the same job.
No. He said "same skills."
Not:
Same experience
Same education
Same tenure in job
Same employment history
Essentially, black welder that just finished his apprenticeship should receive the exact same pay (since he has the same skills) as a 15 year veteran employee and if he doesn't...RACISM

The NFL Is a great sport and very entertaining. The players are skilled and fun to watch. It’s the sport all young boys aspire to excel at. The cities that have winning teams enjoy the positive feelings they get having a winning team. It helps morale and gives the city/state/region a sense of pride.
Unfortunately for those of us who enjoy the sport but hate the messaging we have a dilemma. I’ll admit I watched every play yesterday and rooted for Joe and Jamar just like I did in 2019. I was happy they won and I hope the Bengals win the Super Bowl when Joe throws the winning pass to Chase. That probably won’t happen this year but I do care that they do well.
I think we have to take the bad with the good when it comes to a lot of choices. We like our martinis and Cabernet but know if we over indulge there is a price to pay.
In a way it’s good to watch what the NFL is doing as long as we know it’s propaganda. We need to tell our friends and young people it’s propaganda and to realize just because the commercial says something doesn’t mean it’s true.
The propaganda will be debunked at some point and hopefully give people a better sense of what’s real and what’s not. Know the enemy and their tactics is your best way to defeat them. In the meantime watch the NFL if you enjoy the sport. Ignore the propaganda and work hard everyday to debunk the lies. That’s what I’ve chosen to do.

You can spin numbers however you want.
For example, the typical auto worker may make less at a factory in the South, and may be more likely Black compared to those in Michigan.
But let's compare, who has to pay extra for state income taxes? Who has to give a cut to the UAW? Who lives in a place where the COL is higher than rural Alabama?

I wish that I was a political cartoonist...
I'd draw a white guy on a computer screaming "we are loosing our country, we must do something about it.", and then have him sitting in a recliner on Sunday watching the NFL.
This is where Goodell and the NFL screwed up with Kaepernick. They should have followed the Navy's guidelines and it would have be solved. It would have squashed this from the beginning.

It is still running because, no one that could, gives a shite to stop the madness that is promoting race anger.

I tuned out the NFL 3 years ago. You should do the same.

Do these people have the same experience? Are we talking about a black man with 5 years exp. versus a white man with 25 years? Where is this job? Do people discuss salaries at his place of work? Most places of work people do not discuss salary.
I do not believe a word this person claims. Show the evidence and call out this company. If this was true, they would name the company. BLM would be protesting this business.
Search for a Candace Owen's debate on this topic. She knows her facts and the studies that have been done. She blows the unequity argument out of the water (race and sex)
