It wouldn't have mattered anyway. Biden showed us that you can blanket-pardon "completely innocent people", so it would be racist to assume Nixon is a criminal just because he accepted Ford's pardon.

If the facts say charge Obama it should happen IMO. Both for cause and to get a reading from the SCOTUS on the limits of the prior ruling on Presidential Immunity….

right. regardless of SFPs verbal diarrhea, they can just do what democrats have repeatedly done.... twist the law to their will and make it happen.

Would be nice to see one of his conspirators flip on him and say he continued to conspire once he left office. Destroying his legacy is just as good as any conviction.
