These all happened. Everything that happened has a policy attached to it. They were implemented and results happened.
Secure borders - Remain in Mexico policy
Energy Independence - cut red tape and fought EPA on regulations
NATO paying their bills - US pays twice what everybody else pays combined. If you dont pay, you dont get the same protections. Trump has said this numerous times.
Fully funding HBCUs - Trump signed a bill giving HBCUs $250 million a year. He signed it. It actually happened.
No wars in Ukraine and Israel - Nothing happened under Trumps 4 years. Period. Peace treaties were signed. Thats from his policy. You frick up, you wont be doing business with the US. You buy oil from Iran, you wont be doing business with us. Thats policy.
