They have laws surrounding chain of custody and secure environments that, if not followed, remove any reasonable certification.
but the claims here weren't about that. they were about what was potentially possible espeically if people didn't follow those rules.
does anyone have evidence any of those rules were broken?

Lawyers at Sussman are currently frantically googling discovery and panicking.
The only thing the associates at Sussman are frantically doing is counting those stacks from their new Davis Polk topping pay schedule. 210 for a first-year arse... frick me and every other firm trying to hire that level of talent.

Our resident liberal filth will tell you that by all means necessary is a valid political strategy, so everything this week is a net win, so long as it all comes out in the wash.

Rudy is doing Cameo videos for like $200. He should be solvent enough to put any judgment if he keeps going at that rate

That may very well be the case. I reacted because I saw the exact same argument used yesterday in complete sincerity.
It may be that I was the one trapped. Cest la vie.

Who are you a troll of the Swamp here in Nola?
If you think there was no election fraud you are a dumb Dem lib who will eventually realize once the CCP takes over you will be one of the first to be imprisoned cause you will be the old swamp to be replaced with the Communistic regime who kill people who disagree with their true totalitarian ways.

if i could have a 3 day conference reading the steele dossier that's easy. especially if i could just make up what was in the dossier as i go and not show it to you.
methinks you are underestimating what they have presented.
They are up against monumental masses of data controlled by foreign corporations with all the protections of government powers and supported by a one-sided media and social media conglomerate and enforced by a cancel-culture dominated public where individuals are afraid of losing their reputations and/or livelihoods.
Against these odds they have produced magnitudes of data and supporting analyses that all have one common undeniable trait - it all fits the common sense conclusion that "somethings just not right" with that 2020 election outcome.
I have heard nobody that has made a case that this was normal at all. not when you consider the quality of campaign, the disparity between the candidates, the manifest support for the two candidates, the proven record of the incumbent vs the pathetic record of the challenger, all the long-established benchmarks that indicate an opposite result from what was announced, the actions of the two sides after the fact, and only one side of the argument is willing to actually dig into the forensics while the winning side is blatantly stalling any inspection whatsoever and are busily trying to eradicate all the data and over-write all the software.
You'd think in a normal world the winners would want to celebrate their come-from-behind victory by displaying all the details of how it was accomplished to eradicate any doubt from any rational person.
No - this election fails on every rational examination - and the fact that unusual tactics have to be undertaken to break thru the blackout imposed by the winners is another proof that something stinks in Denmark.
Open it all up to forensic audits. Make us all have to swallow our words and admit we were deceived. Imprison the perjurers who swore an oath their lies were truthful - make em pay for their malevolence.
Only the densest of intellects can look at this and swallow it without a doubt - and any doubt at all should make for some degree of wanting to find out all about it. The opposite is true - no body on the 'winning' side want anything at all to do with a true examination of the forensics. All they can do is fight delaying battles until the mandatory 'secure all data' regulations lapse so it can all be destroyed asap.
Hell, Trump won Texas bigly - I'd have zero objection to some DEM who wanted to forensically investigate any aspect of that election. Bring it on. I'd wage that more pro-Biden violations would be found than that for Trump. Especially in DEM controlled counties and cities.
DEMS don't bat an eyelash at spending hundreds of millions of dollars on campaign propaganda, but get penny-wise when asked to ensure the sanctity of the vote or to do and post-election investigations of its legitimacy.

Rudy is the gift that keeps on giving. I bet he's hard up enough to tell us all the election was valid if i throw in a tip.

2020 was a weird year, in which voting rules were amended for the pandemic, why would you expect the data to be the same old story?
it's kinda weird to compare 2020 to the previous year and expect the same. There was a lot going on, people were passionate and asking for change to all sorts of things.

Well it appears to finally be over. Cliff notes: ML presented zero of the promised evidence, canceled the $5,000,000 bet and instead transformed into his best version of this person for 3 straight days

well he was rumored to have cancelled it but he technically met the terms so i think conned his way out of it is a more appropriate answer.
he didn't give them the promised data but he did give them election data to analyze and it was from an election. it just wasn't evidence of voter fraud.

Is it over? Will trump be sworn in tomorrow?
Did Mike sell a bunch of pillows?
Is this a preview of the audit results, nothing to see?
So many riveting questions.

Without ML pre-hype and just taking it for face value I think it was an 8 or 9. But with ML ridiculous claims a 2 or 3. This is the problem with overhyped something like this. ML is a showman and couldn't hold back overhyping it.
