Israel's Minister of Defense, Israel Katz, declares a special and immediate state of emergency throughout the state
The State of Israel has initiated a preemptive attack against Iran to remove threats directed against the State of Israel.
As a result, missile and drone launches against the State of Israel and its civilian population are expected in the very near term.
Therefore, pursuant to his authority under the Civil Defense Law, Minister of Defense Israel Katz has now signed a special order mandating the imposition of a special state of emergency in the Home Front throughout the State of Israel, effective immediately.
The instructions of the Home Front Command and the authorities must be followed, and individuals must remain in protected areas.

In the last few minutes, sirens were sounded all throughout Israel, with an advance instruction alert directly to cellular devices to stay within proximity to protected spaces.

Don’t love the stupidity of this initial strike.
Assuredly the primary high value targets were moved.
This leaves Iran fully capable of retaliation though and puts Israeli citizens and American assets in danger

Just on the humanity side, over 10k to 30k were recently killed by Iranian thugs. And the citizens had no hope of escaping the regime. Right now anyone working for regime has no safe harbor with citizens. They are the silent army and some will help is with intel with pre-positioned equipment to communicate.
It might take some time but once they get any weapons and start fighting it will be over. Not sure when that happens but for them their life is ruined as is so they will risk their lives to get a fresh start on life without constraint.
Can only imagine their thoughts right now and knowing true help has arrived to escape the shackles.

I just have a hard time believing any high ranking officials are still above ground, particularly at their homes.
