We know. And you know its not that simple.

You can keep being obtuse and pretending like it is if you want. That doesn’t make it correct.

No it's that simple. What was the % in spending reduction in the 2 bills? I think it was literally close to 0.0

But is on a crusade of I told you so with spending when it comes to Orange

But TDS has zero to do with that

Now, if that doesn't happen, Trump will not only continue to fund Ukraine, he will ramp up support for Ukraine massively in order to force Putin to stop.

China will begin to feel maximum pressure from us as well in order to compel Putin to end the quagmire.

What would it have taken to get their vote?
The fact that question even needs to be asked is telling. Perhaps we'll find out in March as they've ceded Schumer & Co the opportunity to bring Trump's first-100-days agenda to a screeching halt at that point.

There was no substantial change to the total spending in the two CRs
Interesting observation, SFP.

Is there a CBO breakdown of the two, or some sort of cost summary?

Not even true.

This calls out DEM spending, raising the debt ceiling, AND the MSM

So wanting smaller government and less federal spending is "being a lefty"?

He just wants smaller government bro. He’s totally conservative bro.

He just didn’t waste his time ever talking about it when Dems were in office because we are all stupid.

Doubt
Certainly true in this case. Literally the only thing that Chip Roy got was a big chunk of power transferred to Chuck Schumer in the form of not only the Debt Limit, but now also March budget negotiations, which will be used to interrupt regular business.

Enabling lefty's to scuttle small government efforts is either "being a lefty" or "being a blithering moran." It's one or it's the other.

When did this happen?

There have been no such efforts made.

Here is a thread celebrating Milei from JUST before this Leftist fiasco for Trump

Where were you people in that thread?

I did it in this thread just 11 days ago.

2023 Omibus spending bill (1.7 Trillion): 196 republican votes in house (10 nay), Uanimous in Senate

2021 Omnibus spending bill (2.3 trillion) 128 republican votes (50 nay), near unanimous passage in Senate

So there's four trillion dollars right there with majority GOP support that I don't recall very much noise from you sorts about... or from the reborn "fiscal conservative" politicos and pundits mouthing off now that Trump is involved.

Small government works but to get there, we not only have to hold Trump accountable, but all of these oligarch bought GOP stooges who like to claim that they're "fiscal conservatives" when it suits them. Then, you need to somehow push the money and lobbyists away from the electoral process. Then you need to change the nature of the federal reserve or destroy the beast all together.

Without these, everything else is just never-Trumper noise.

No. Just one example.

Because he's supposed to stand for less spending and did the opposite this week. Why wouldn't I make threads about it?

We expect DEMs to spend. It's not news when they spend.

Why couldn’t they tell Biden to pound sand instead of giving billions to Ukraine every week?
