When did Qatar become a hostile country? They've been allies of the US for decades. They have the largest US military base in the region. Every country on earth pays influencers to say good things about them.

FWIW, I am not making a value judgment on that business relationship here. I’m just pointing out the reality that concern over Qatar influence peddling is often applied selectively.

Carlson’s comments on Islam circulated in social media posts are a brief excerpt taken wholly out of context from the rest of his speech.

All it did was speed the Medicare system into bankruptcy at a faster rate because the funding mechanism wasn’t there to support it.
I was looking at my W-2 and saw that I only paid about a grand in Medicare taxes last year, while I paid nearly triple if not more for social security.
Might be time to adjust those taxes maybe not on the employee side, but on the employer side.

Great episode thanks for posting. Made a lot of great points about how poor the media is and how they are just another arm of the corrupt state.
