This gives the rebel faction that has been responsible for the majority of the killing over the past year and a half or some legitimacy. No betting person would put money on lasting peace with these groups. Hell, Vegas wouldn't even release a line on it.

Was the Congo Prez the one that asked Trump awhile back saying that if he helped them end the war, the US could have all the gold and minerals they wanted?
