Yes, I knew about Obama and the start of the FED interfering in local zoning and demanding every new development have a section of low-income houses, even if it was on a golf course among multi-million dollar properties
udtiger suggested that Realtors not being able to disclose if an area was predominantly white or black came about because of Obama. It didn't, as I stated, and has been around since the start of fair housing.

Oh that's true enough. I think the Obama admin just put more effort into it.

I remember hearing years ago how proximity to boost mobile stores heavily correlated to violent crime rates. Glad someone was able to take that idea to the next level like this.

The "top names" in my hood are "Shiela" and "Janay" and I actually know them both, and they're both white. Janay graduated HS the year before my youngest daughter.
The other three are Leroy, Shantae and Dominique. Leroy is a redneck who works odd jobs and smokes too much weed but is a good guy. Shantea and Dominique (actually are black) are married, and I went to school with Dom. They're good people. It's weird when your area is so tiny and tight-knit that you actually know all the "names".
If I was in Tulsa and had a Leroy and Shantae on the block, I'd hard pass.
