Is this a bigger crime than a President lying under oath?

In your opinion. You know why nobody cares about Hilldogs violation regarding the dossier? Because it isn’t a big deal. It’s a fine. Didn’t Cohen say trump reimbursed him? Tell me more about a flagrant crime.

Man. Wonder why there aren’t indictments against trump then. Is the grand jury or the prosecutor covering for him?

Probably can't indict a sitting president. Maybe Mueller told them to hold off. Who knows.

What do you mean? Trump paid for an NDA. The purpose was to influence the election (by keeping it silent). Tell me what part of that is nefarious? If it is a campaign violation....it isn’t a big deal. You know this. You just want it to be bigger than it is.

But keep getting your hopes up. If you want to see big picture you should research how many sitting congressmen have had to pay campaign violation fines. Then think whether they will make a big deal of this. Sorry, bud. This isn’t the smoking gun.

Nobody really knows. Mueller's "by the book" reputation suggests he'd follow existing DOJ policy, but it's still a controversial position and if he pushed for charges and Rosenstein approved bringing it to the grand jury it's theoretically possible, though not likely IMO.

You honestly believe trump will pay a fine and this will be put to bed without any further implication

That's staggeringly myopic, and I have to believe you're in stunned denial right now

I will admit that this is a really really bold look for trump. THe media will be all over it. It will not lead to impeachment or a change in the polls, though.

He's absolutely right here. This is the best possible outcome for Trump. Cohen didn't implicate Trump in anything that wasn't already known.

If what you think is coming is impeachment you are being naive. You think congress wants a precedent set that a campaign finance violation constitutes an impeachable offense. Good luck.
