Not the same. If you have a security clearance you can get in trouble for tons of things, from mislabling classified, emailing classified at work on a secured server with out the appropriate label. Not just with classified, with controlled info. Taking it out of a secured facility and taking it home on an unsecured server or computer is definitely prison time. The whole bs with Hillary had people with clearances livid. There have been a few and you have military people in prison for taking a picture in the wrong place. These people need to be held to the same standards as anyone else.

This Bolton scenario appears to be a much worse violation, as it seems (based on the leaks) that he intentionally transferred information to foreign governments. The thing that saved HRC was that her illegal server was kept among her staff/admin. If they had intentionally been sending out protective data to third parties, especially foreign governments, nothing would have saved her.
