So, the only question is whether Biden's lukewarm supporters will take the time to vote. If so, Trump loses. If not, Trump probably wins.
A lot of Biden’s support is from young voters, but historically they don’t turn out to vote, and many of them are pissed that Bernie is not the nominee, making them even less likely to turn out so that will help Trump some

I should probably try to find someone in between. I do like Bongino a lot but he is anything but impartial. And Shapiro is the opposite. A neo-con who merely tolerates Trump and always shits on him.
Actually Bongino freaked me out late last week (I think it was Thursday or Fridays show) with the whole hypothetical about “if Trump loses he should start campaigning immediately for 2024”.
First of all WTF kind of idea is that—-second of all- why would you even be thinking about a hypothetical like that if your Bongino at this point in the race?? I almost took it as Bongino thinks he has a good shot to lose and kind of left me down in the dumps The rest of the day.
Of course I also thought about the fact that his whole cancer (? He won’t say for sure yet but it doesn’t sound good—- also made it sound like any sort of surgery to remove The tumor may effect his voice which could obviously be devastating to his career) announcement probably had a lot to do with him being a bit negative recently. It’s been a rough couple weeks for Bongino personally so I would take everything he says right now with a grain of salt.

I’ll never understand the hate for Shapiro in here. I get that he doesn’t tow the Trump is god line but the guy is almost always on the right side of the issues, at least when the issue doesn’t involve Israel. The left demand absolute conformity, that shouldn’t be a thing for those on the right. It’s going to be a close election, Shapiro getting out the vote for Trump is a good thing. Take the fricking W.

I primarily listen to two shows: Shapiro and Bongino.

And full disclosure, I am 100% MAGA so I am biased.
My eyes and ears (and common sense) tell me that Trump is going to win in a landslide. The support for him compared to the pitiful support for Biden is clear.
Bongino doesn’t necessarily mention the polling too much, but he seems VERY confident that Trump will win.
Shapiro, on the other hand, consistently mentions how bad Trump is doing in the polls and, without explicitly saying it, keeps suggesting Trump will lose.
My question is why does Shapiro keep harping on the polls and suggesting (without actually stating) that Trump will lose?
Nobody can deny that Shapiro is extremely intelligent.. but he has to know these polls are faulty, so why does he continue to lean on them so heavily in his shows? It seems like he’s doing a disservice to his listeners imo.
Just thinking out loud here. I like listening to his show but he pisses me off when he continues to hammer home the polls that we all know can’t possibly be accurate.
Wow, if I didnt know any better, I'd think I typed that
I had the same impetus to start this exact thread earlier. You're not alone in this one, I resemble that remark 100%

Shapiro isn't a never trumper, he's just part of that Cruz-type conservative group. He likes a lot of what trump does but wishes he wasn't as bombastic as he is. I love Trump but he has a way of sticking his foot in his mouth. He isn't politically savvy at all. It is part of the charm but it also hurts him. Acknowledging that doesn't mean you hate the guy.
This is exactly .
I’d really like,to know who the rabid Trump folks support beyond The Donald himself?
Who’s next in line? I don’t think Trump,is grooming anyone himself unless I’ve missed it. Can anyone answer that?
Maybe it’s Don Junior..who I actually like better than Orange man.

Wait...wut?
I live in the area, and Nashville (like any metro area) is somewhat blue. But the area around Davidson County is BEET red. One of those things is not like the other.

I don’t hate Shapiro, I’m just pointing out what I see from him. Or, to put it in your terms, I just don’t toe the Shapiro is god line. I still listen to him occasionally.

If you think recognizing that Shapiro is far from neutral when it comes to Trump makes someone a rabid Trump folk that’s a shortcoming. I voted for Cruz in the primary, probably just like Ben Shapiro.

Let me help some of you. Remember how much many voters disliked Hillary Clinton in 2016? That's how many people feel about Donald Trump now. I do not believe there is any way that Joe Biden gets less than 49% of the popular vote in November. 50%+ is more likely.
Democrats from Biden on down continue to raise funds from millions and millions of people while Trump is having $$$ problems. Don't overlook that.

Whenever someone is running on the basis of "it's my turn", the results are not good. Let me give some examples.
2008 - John McCain
2010 Texas Gubernatorial - Kay Bailey Hutchison
2014 Texas Gubernatorial - Abortion Barbie Davis
2016 Hilary Clinton
There isn't a single individual who failed to be elected President more than once that was elected on a later try.

Some of you need to realize that while most of the base likes Trump and will choose him every day over the left, his antics can cause problems with a lot of people
And some of you need to realize that if people who vote on the basis of “nice guy or not” claim the electoral majority, we’re all going down the hole with them.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is an objective source of information.
There is no objective source of information. If facts are presented, they're worth considering. Bongino presents facts most mainstream sources ignore or diminish.
Bongino is a working man. He was a cop, secret service agent and trainer. Shapiro is a rich kid who grew up in law and politics. He may position himself right of center, but like Kristol...he needs Washington D.C. Bongino does not. This discrepancy defines a lot of the Trump-homer vs. Never-Trumper crowd. Trump hits the never Trumpers in the pocket book, be they globalists or federal leeches and money is the name of the game.

How do you rate CNN and MSNBC? plus all the alphabet networks, Hollywood celebrities and Biden supporters?
I have witnessed an unrelenting trail of total sychophacy from the greater majority of those for the past 30 years - and almost total alignment with DEM propaganda during the past 10 years.

/\ Me exactly /\
I actually hated Trump during the primary - only on the basis that he was not serious - and I was 100% for Cruz.
I am now 100% in support of Trump's agenda and would stop a bullet to protect it. I am still not comfortable with his persona (never liked exaggerators or narcissists) but he is the PERFECT leader for the perilous times we are in. We are on a raft approaching the Niagara Falls and there is NOBODY else who could do better at helping us avoiding the fall.
I was 100% Cruz before Trump, and plan to be 100% pro-Cruz after Trump. Cruz is the cool competent, steady hand we need to lead us back to constitutional safety. Trump is the fighter we need to survive the day.
