I think Biden takes Florida because the millions of new voters that are now allowed to vote. I think He takes Georgia because of the new black voters influx and the campaign spear headed by Abrams

This assumes basically 2016 plus NV, NH, MN all flip.

I think this is the best case scenario. MN flip I believe is the "longshot".
