But I thought you posted a study which said all the smart folks vote dem? Surely you brainiacs on the left won't be stymied by necessary administrative government bureaucracy? After all, it’s the government, a little more could never cause you any harm.

So you’re saying college educated dem voters are less intelligent than R voting non-college graduates? Not sure I’d go boasting that on message boards right before midterms but you guys are the smart ones so knock yerselves out. I understand if you’re too busy trying to clear up your voter registration to respond. Government paperwork can be a nightmare.

So, quick question, which of these would you consider conservative, or even centrist?

Correlation is not the same as causation. Education doesn't cause someone to vote a certain way; worldviews do.

I said study indicated smart people vote dem.
You disputed that and said college educated people vote dem.
Implication being that the college educated who vote dem are NOT the smart people.
And from that we can deduce that the opposite is also true: the non college grads vote republican and they are smart.

And exposure to more ideas and learning to flesh out your own do too. You know where that happens?

Yeah, you shouldn't be lecturing us on logic.

Thanks, though

Staying in a protected bubble with educated academics does not confer a well rounded world view. Perhaps quite the opposite.

Maybe actually working with lower class people, in lower income neighborhoods, gives someone a more clear picture of reality, than what eggheads read in books.
