I don’t believe he’s doing that at all.
The ones who clearly have TDS are replied to as such, and the ones who don’t aren’t. And there are clearly quite a few of them, most notably at this particular point in the game ones who just a couple of weeks ago confident MAGA supporters, however now suddenly have “evolved” into brave opponents of his for more or less the same reasons that they were mad dogging leftists/MSM who directed many of the same exact barbs against Trump just a couple of weeks ago. A bizarre turning of tables. Basically they gave into media and leftist pressure and peer pressure. That’s a pretty weak disposition and approach that should absolutely be called out.
The ones who clearly have TDS are replied to as such, and the ones who don’t aren’t. Actually I think one way a Presidential pardon can used amounts to essentially immunity from prosecution in any way shape or form, however it must be in connection with a very specifically stated matter. But I’m like you, I ain’t looking that shite up. Because probably like you as well, why bother when you’re pretty sure you’re right.

Well I usually look up things to fact check myself. In this instance I just don't care. The legal authorities will sort it all out and my opinion on the matter isn't a consideration.
