This is certainly a reasonable concern. Up through Roberts, Rs were not even batting .500 for Conservative justices.

I hope they all take up mountain climbing to stay healthy. I hear the Himalayas are nice this time of year. If Trump gets to appoint a couple more justices, the lefties will be crapping bricks.

think you would need a democrat president and senate to allow for additional court packing justices. Trump would just send over a bunch more conservatives. So, hopefully, best they can do is 2024 as I anticipate senate to remain republican.
