He also signed off on some anti 2a bills as president. His biggest gaffe as governor was signing therapeutic abortion into law.

Reagan formulated my political views. He was our greatest President aside from George Washington.

If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend visiting the Reagan museum and library in Semi Valley, California. It’s incredible.

Can you even believe how effective Reagan would have been without a former CIA Director as his Vice-President? George Herbert Walker Bush was his name!!

Reagan came extremely close, very early in his Presidency, to losing his life to an assassin's bullet.

I suppose. But we’ve elected multiple Republican governors since its passage and you should check out Prop 187 that was passed in the mid 90s and Prop 8 in the mid 2000s. What happened is older and more conservative voters have died off and newer generations were far more liberal.
