So Rosenstein just admitted he is there to make sure the process is properly followed. It wasn’t. So how is he not accountable for it?

He is culpable for it because he signed off on sworn court documents to that effect.
He can bring his underlings down with him but he basically admitted fraud took place and he is responsible for it.

RR also cleared his BFF Sessions right out the gate early on. As soon as I heard Roddy sing praises about Sessions I knew the fix was in. (Remember Sessions said if RR was fired Sessions would resign)

He's just there to make sure they're following the rules or that they would have to have cheated the system and leave an audit trail behind which they did.
