I said this from day 1, Stone is going to beat this, and embarrass Mueller and the left and then sue for defamation.
I wonder if Mueller sticks with the lying to congress charge? Discovery for this charge is going to be awesome. And I can't wait until Stone's attorneys subpoena Schiff and Swallowell to testify.

Sure, but Stone went on Infowars and proclaimed himself to be "lynched" by this proceeding. Federal judges don't brook that. I agree with the others that she'll issue the gag order tomorrow.

Just to be clear, since jjdoc flopped on this yesterday -
Roger Stone has NOT been issued a gag order.

Gag orders are appropriate when out of court statements can taint the jury pool.

Do we live in a country now that one can't proclaim his innocence? Or is he obstructing justice by saying Mueller is a butt hurt liar?

No, but the same judge gave him a gag order too. He ended up violating it by ghost-writing self-promoting op-eds with Kilimnik.

Liberal judges are the scum of the earth and one of the biggest threats to our republic.

Say what you want to say about Manafort, but that dude had a set of fricking nuts on him

Indeed. I have to assume Paul's operating on the assumption that he's getting a pardon at some point.
I just looked back at the story and it looks like Judge Jackson just chastised him for the op-ed episode, so maybe he thought he had the greenlight to go ahead and use Kilimnik again to remind witnesses what he and they had been working on in the matter that earned him his FARA case.
(and as I recall, Mueller found out about this because Manafort forgot to turn off his iCloud backups). He's kind of a combo of your Fox-News addled grandpa and Robert Hanssen.

Sorry to derail the thread, but this got me to thinking about my time spent in the bars & after hours clubs of Monroe, Alexandria and Lafayette, dancing to "Hey We Want Some Pussy" and "Pop Dat Pussy." Basically all the great pussy hits of the 1990s!!

This what I always thought. But this is not a trail by jury, right? I've been asked when serving jury duty, if I have had read or heard about the defendant.
If I answer in the affirmative, the next question is, along the lines of..."Would this bias, predispose or influence your decision"?
Correct me if I am wrong, but this is not a jury trial. Thus, I can incur that this judge is doing nothing more than quell the media circus that is likely.
Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Judges have their fiefdoms and they rule as they see fit.

Did he waive the jury? Why wouldn’t it be tried before a jury unless he waived it?
