They already did the math, and even if every single active duty person from the state of Alabama voted for Moore, it doesn't get him close enough for a recount.

If the RNC won't call for and fund a recount (and of course they won't, they got what they wanted in the first place) then the RNC can go straight to hell for all I care. I'm sick of the GOP only growing a spine when it comes to fighting non-establishment Republicans and then rolling over like a puppy against democrats.
