When sanction Russian, Europe and US forgot the basic economical principal: currency need to be backed by goods.
Russian Ruble is the strongest since 2015.
With oil, gas and other natural resources, Russian can trade with anybody under Russian own terms.

Let’s see how long they can stay afloat, with only having China, India, and a handful of others to sell to.
If they sell to India and China.. that to countries with 2.8 BILLION people combined. Two countries NOT hamstrung by the BS Paris climate garbage.
The population of Europe is about 750 million with countries trying to run on battery power and ban diesel and gas.
I think they are doing fine in that outcome.

Is this a joke? There are far more people in both those countries. The west is destroying fossil fuels, while the east is ramping up like never before. Two countries pushing fast into the industrialized world. Not only will they make up the difference, they will be selling more than ever in the near future

There was a day when all oil transactions were done in US dollars. That's out the window now. Thanks Brandon!

If there is a silver lining to this, it's that US imperial ambitions will no longer be sustainable. It's going to be rough for a few years, maybe more, but in the end it will result in us minding our own fricking business instead of exporting globohomo across the world.
