She's not. Idiots like you call her "dr." biden in hopes people don't understand she's not a medical doctor. She has a doctorate in education. That same doctorate she "achieved" was purely political, and my 7 year old could write a stronger paper than hers. Not to mention, the good "doctor" angrily bitched until she was given a doctorate.
She is no more qualified to speak on the substance of education, as Dr. Seuss is to perform open heart surgery.

His never barking back after being talked to like a lost toddler proves his lack of mental clarity. I would never let someone talk to me with such condescension. Any mentally competent human shouldn't let their "team" talk to them like like that.
