Esactly. And maybe if that were the case some of the liberals living in red states would leave for the democrat utopias.

So I've been listening for about 30 minutes. What argument is winning? Legalese isn't my forte.

Wait, is she saying men can't get pregnant?

How dare she!

She should be canceled for transphobia!

popping in and out on this.

The RIGHT of an abortion.

She actually said women should not have to travel to get an abortion

In the same context I needed surgery that only Duke Hosp could do. I had to travel from State to State to get there. Is it my RIGHT to not have to have traveled? It was the ability to control my body to LIVE and not be in pain.

So when will someone ask about the RIGHTS that people have not to get an unproven vaccination?

No woman has a RIGHT to an abortion. If there is an emergency that she will die it is called a C-section.

Also someone bring up the fine in 6 figures if anyone accidentally interferes with turtle eggs on the beach; yet it is a right to kill a human baby but a sea turtle is protected.

Abortion should not be federal R v Wade was erroneous.

Make abortion decided per State.

I love how she frames "unplanned pregnancy" in terms of it being an absolute mystery as to what's causing it.

A stark divide on abortion, which this ruling could facilitate (not sure how likely it is), would be a huge asset in drawing the much-needed lines in America and either setting up divorce or empowering the states to operate increasingly autonomously.

It's a big moment. If Roe survives at full strength, it's yet another sign that it's absurd people divided on this topic continue to live under the same roof.

Since this is the oral argument on the case, I can't imagine that they're going to do anything this week, right? This strikes me as one of those decisions that they hand out right before the end of the term in June.

I'd love to get an up or down on this sooner, but I'm skeptical that this'll happen like that.

I have not heard her answer directly one single question aside from softballs lobbed by Wise Latina.

Her argument is that poor people are harmed and that women have a lifestyle impaired if they are “forced to have a baby.”

She’s a moron.

She has not made one logical argument why Roe makes sense aside from the Supreme Court decided Roe.

There is no difference btwn Roe and Pleasy v Ferguson. None. Alito schooled her

fair point, but considering the fact that virtually all metro areas in the southern/midwestern red states are deep blue, that makes an even split very challenging.

Correct. They will publish in their next round of publishing So im assuming June. There’s no emergency- like for example a stay of execution or something

The y would simply use this as a justification in painting the Constitution as outdated and in need of being replaced.
