It’s a bad look to act like you think that was the motivation here.
I'm impressed with the blind dedication in complete disregard of all the evidence. It's an amazing about of cope that I thought only democrats were capable of .

I am not going to comment until I have read the opinion, but it strikes me as odd that tariffs = foreign policy which is NOT the purview of the courts.
You shoudl read it. Way more narrow than that. LINK

It’s pretty sad that Trump has to find loop holes to try to push things through instead of just getting Congress to approve through proper channels.

If the Dems were pushing things through with loop holes, this place would be on fire

It's pretty simple. He has other tools and he can recoup all paid back (if forced to) almost immediately.

Trump doesn’t care. They got to make billions through insider trading on prior knowledge on tariffs and all the money collected is sitting in a bank account under his control in the UAE or something. The tariffs already served their purpose

Good to know. Hopefully, the ultimate outcome will be one that's best for the country. Tariffs have obviously been a positive, so this is good news.

Bernie Sanders
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
Earl Blumenauer
Jeff Merkley
Ed Markey

And many more have advocated using this for climate change. This ended the "Backdoor" Carbon Taxes ideas...

Halt Fossil Fuel Exports: By declaring oil and gas exports a threat to national security.

Target International Financing: Prohibiting US banks from financing coal plants or oil exploration abroad.

Mandate Green Tech Production: Using the Defense Production Act (often used in tandem with IEEPA) to force companies to prioritize solar and wind manufacturing.

You could easily look that up.

Correct!

We have a president currently in office, who watched how vulnerable the US was to supply chain disruptions during Covid-19 because the DC Uniparty and the US Corporatocracy off shored critical manufacturing and industrial production to our global adversary....the CCP!!!!

Trump 2.0 rightfully viewed US vulnerabilities to supply chain disruptions as a national security issue and utilized tariffs to encourage the re-shoring of US manufacturing and industrial production. The Supreme Court said not so Mr President, it's unconstitutional to protect the citizenry of the US from economic reliance on foreign countries who have made a pledge to end Western civilization's dominant influence in the world.

We all opine on what we believe will be the undoing of the constitutional republic, from the educational system, to the DC Uniparty Globalists, to Hollywood/pop culture, etc.

While all of these ^^^^ things play a part and are a cumulative factor it's the judiciary that is really where the danger to the constitutional republic lies. There are still people who believe the US judicial system is currently the most just and fair in the world. If after the past 10 years you still haven't been convinced the judiciary is compromised and corrupt......I don't know what you've been watching.

Yeah, i think it was the right decision. - not much in that statue to support tariffs. Just pointing out that the Administration was not arguing that the President can tariff without Congressional approval.
