If so, I'd have praised him.
I'd praise Rachel Maddow if she was fair.
The episode this morning, and my critique of it, has nothing whatsoever to do with "fair" or "unfair".
If Wallace wants to go with "gotcha" questions targeting this Administration, he has every right to do it. He can chose on his own to be fair or unfair. But at the same time, for Wallace to claim great offense (a 1st Amendment breach no less) simply because this Administration would call out the press for unfair "gotcha" BS is audacious.

Wasn't what this thread was about though.
Nor was the thread about Wallace issuing various offensive innuendos or gotchas, trying to trip KAC up, instead of asking quality questions re: a very busy first week.
My beef was with Wallace claiming a 1st Amendment breach.
My beef was with umbrage Wallace took to others having unmitigated audacity to complain about the press.
As an aside despite his bitching and umbrage, reality holds that, on a per network basis, Trump's folks aren't doing a fraction of what Obama&Co did to Wallace's own network.
Again, he can ask any question he likes. But if he or his colleagues ask stupid questions, or issue offensive bits of fake news, they should grow up and accept the consequences.
