No doubt white socks guy is the shooter. He takes a shooting stance fires two rounds and begins to run away. then turns to glance if the victim dropped and exits camera view. I can hear someone (likely him) yell Go, go, go too.

Yeah, I watched the whole thing. However, the guy shot is from the group Patriot Prayers which is based in Portland and don't know if he was in the Trump caravan earlier or not?. The other part of your message may be true that it was payback for something.

And then skateboard guy casually strolls back into the intersection, grabs his skateboard and strolls away. He may have picked up shell casings. 100% this is a hit related to the protest

Not arguing that point just seemed like somebody sprayed mace and somebody shot. Not sure who sprayed the mace but I am guessing the guy who got shot did. I can’t tell from them videos. They certainly do need prayer in Portland.
