Those losers have no backbone, gumption, grit, determination, honesty, loyalty, responsibility, worth, conviction or fight in them.
Every damn one of them.
In addition they don't want to do anything to limit Guv Roberto Smack Smack's power because they all hope to ascend and wield it one day.

I love the debbie downers in here. Every major step forward on opening the economy has been because the legislature brought pressure on JBE.
Do I agree with everything the legislature does (or does not do)? Heck no! But they are being deliberate, some would even say conservative, in their actions.

The Legislature has little or no effect on JBE's admin Covid 19 policies. JBE has used what are roughly the Trump Admin's Health officials process and changes have been what the medical data for our state suggested.
Just because you do not want to wear a mask or want all the bars open at 100% does not make what JBE has done some kind of bad political deal.

He moved to Phase I because the legislature was moving a resolution in the legislature. It wasn't random.
Then he moved to Phase III because of the petition being signed by legislators.
Did he come out and say that? No. But the pressure definitely had an effect.
The Speaker has been pretty good at leveraging pressure. He tells the governor "look, I got these people that want to eliminate the whole order. I need something to give them." And rather than losing control of the whole situation JBE moves to the next phase.
The combo of Speaker as middleman with rank and file pressure has been very effective imho.

There has been zero progress in walking back the mandates since March.
Moving laterally between arbitrary and undefined phases is not an example of success.
