Can we find examples of Trump calling for violence against each one of them?

There were two packages sent to CNN.

Trump sent out at least 1 meme of someone with a CNN logo being attacked. So yeah...

He IS THE FACE of the GOP of 2018. If is a liberal false flag, it is perfect beyond their dreams.

"Lock her up! The media is the enemy of the people." Occam's Razor is appropriate, here.

He just a good old boy.

You are here stating that it is only Trump "encouraging" violence.

Because it is fact. Other's have advocated for incivility, but that's not violence.

quote:

I didn't vote for him, nor have I heard him direct his voters to carry out violence like many of your ilk have.

quote:

"The audience hit back. That’s what we need a little bit more of”

Trump said this at a press conference in Palm Beach, Florida on 11 March 2016. He was referring to the Las Vegas incident weeks earlier, after which he mused that he would like to have punched a protester in the face.

“If you do (hurt him), I’ll defend you in court, don’t worry about it”

Trump said this during another rally in March 2016, this time at Macomb County Community College in Warren, Michigan. The familiar pattern was on display — a small group of protesters outstays their welcome and are forcibly removed from the venue, and Trump encourages violence among his followers.

Google is not hard.

Yes. It is. To a crazy person. There are crazy people out there. This is why this is generally frowned upon.

A) you can't focus on just CNN when many others received them.

B) CNN also frequently degrades the right to a shocking level for a news organization that begs for public trust.

C) Those were directed at specific individuals who are not famous as CNN employees and who have been pretty clear in their deep hate and disdain of Trump and his supporters. Has Trump called for violence against Brennan and Clapper?

You are really reaching to make this seem like a Trump foot solider was simply following orders. It's more probable this guy was going after people he felt have insulted him over the last few years.

Can you discuss that without being a child with the emojis?

Yep. Mentally ill.

Enjoy your win, just as I know you will enjoy it when more of your enemies are attacked or nearly killed like Scalise.

You guys got a reaction, now you are justified to continue the daily violent attacks on Rs and their supporters.

Go get 'em!

He sent that out over a year ago. You think it took a year for it to register to this guy?

I posted a few quotes of him advocating for violence a few posts ago, want some more? Here ya go:

quote:

“Knock the crap out of him, would you? I promise you, I will pay your legal fees”

Trump said this at a rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in February 2016, although the quotation is truncated. A week earlier, in Iowa City, a protester threw a tomato at the candidate as he was delivering his stump speech.

I’d like to punch him in the face”

Trump said this in front of a crowd of supporters, after a protester was removed from one of his rallies in Las Vegas on 23 February 2016.

I guarantee everyone this was all a setup to be able to begin impeachment proceedings against Trump if the Democrats take the House. They're going to argue his rhetoric led to someone attempting violence against media and major government officials. It's a very long shot but will hold the media's attention throughout the 2020 reelection, and that's all that needs to be done. Plant two years of doubt in voters' minds about whether Trump deserves to be president. After all, by then there would be a failed attempt to impeach based on inciting violence. The impeachment doesn't have to be successful.

Goodbye Muh Russia
Hello Muh Inciting Violence

What makes ISIS terrorists strike when they do? When you are radicalized by propaganda and rhetoric, you are a ticking time bomb to carry out the act of terrorism. (Pun intended)

Those are not general calls to violence. They are comments (clearly) made in jest about a specific and immediate situation.

Do you also think Trump's joke about Russia finding Hillary's e-mails to be a smoking gun of collusion?

What does it matter his political affiliation? He is clearly a mental lunatic (which both sides have).

You quote feb 2016. That’s almost 2 years. Try again. What rhetoric set this guy off? Also...what rhetoric of trumps set him off in 2014 when he was arrested for making Bomb threats? You are an NOc

See, that's why some things shouldn't be joked about. Not all mentally ill people can parse that as a joke. People have said this repeatedly and have been mocked when they said it could lead to something bad... and now it has.

At a moment when his administration is trying to wriggle out of imposing any kind of accountability on a friendly yet dictatorial regime that apparently just had a dissident journalist brutally murdered, President Trump decided it would be a good time to go before a crowd of supporters and celebrate an assault on an American reporter. Here’s what happened:

President Donald Trump on Thursday openly praised Rep. Greg Gianforte (R-Mont.) for assaulting a reporter in his bid for Congress last year, as the United States faced an unfolding crisis over missing journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who is believed to have been killed by Saudi Arabian agents.

The remarks from Trump at a campaign rally — staged at an airport hangar here with a mountainous backdrop — drew boisterous cheers from the conservative crowd, who applauded as Trump noted of Gianforte: “By the way, never wrestle him.”

“Any guy that can do a body slam, he’s my kind of — he’s my guy,” Trump said.

Gianforte pleaded guilty to assaulting Guardian reporter Ben Jacobs, an altercation that occurred in the final days of Gianforte’s special election race in May 2017 when Jacobs tried to interview him about the GOP health-care plan. The then-candidate grabbed Jacobs, threw him to the ground and punched him. Gianforte subsequently won the special election, and later pleaded guilty, receiving a six-month deferred sentence.

We should note that in addition to assaulting a reporter because he asked him a question about health care policy, Gianforte also lied to the police, claiming that Jacobs had grabbed him and they both fell to the ground. After an audio tape of Gianforte’s assault was made public, he dropped the lie and admitted his guilt.

Here's my issue with your talking point.

A crazy person by definition is going to act irrationally. You keep on saying that rhetoric that casts republicans as evil, death-bringing, racist, sexist, dangerous, etc is incivil, but not violent. But wouldn't it be reasonable to think a crazy person would still take it as a signal that these people need to be vanquished and harmed?
