Glad I dont live there. I enjoy my 0.06/kwh rate that I have here. I rarely ever get a bill over $100

Doesn't TX have it's own grid for the majority of the state, except for some border areas? So essentially this will hurt only places like El Paso, and along the panhandle border.

Though I think TX was/is being stupid by letting the Biden admin force them to connect way to much into the national grid and other "clean" options.
